Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and CrisMay Transport when you book a vehicle with a driver.
These terms apply to every booking made with CrisMay Transport Car for Rent, operating from 2551B Pasig Line, Santa Ana, Manila 1009, Metro Manila, Philippines. Making a booking means accepting them.
1. What you are booking
CrisMay provides a vehicle together with a professional driver. This is not a self-drive rental. Under no circumstances may the customer or any passenger operate the vehicle.
2. Booking and deposit
Bookings are made by phone on +63 976 160 6605 (locally 0976 160 6605). A booking is confirmed only once CrisMay has acknowledged it and the deposit has been received. The deposit amount is stated at the time of booking.
3. The Metro Manila package
The standard package covers up to eight hours within Metro Manila at a fixed rate agreed before the trip. The eight hours run from the agreed pickup time, not from the time the passenger is ready.
4. Overtime
Time beyond eight hours is charged at the overtime rate agreed when you booked. Overtime is calculated from the end of the eighth hour to the point the driver is released.
5. Out-of-town trips
Any trip outside Metro Manila is quoted individually and the fixed eight-hour rate does not apply. Overnight trips carry additional terms covering driver accommodation and rest periods, agreed before departure.
6. Toll fees and third-party charges
Toll fees are not included in any rate or quotation. Skyway, NLEX, SLEX, CAVITEX and all other toll charges are paid by the customer. Entrance fees, permits and similar third-party charges are also the customer's responsibility. Parking and fuel arrangements are confirmed at booking.
7. Payment
CrisMay accepts GCash, Maya, bank transfer and PayPal. All payments are confirmed manually. No payment is taken through this website, and this website never asks for card or account details. A receipt is issued for every completed trip.
8. Cancellation and rescheduling

9. Waiting time and delays
Reasonable waiting time is included at pickup. For airport pickups, send your flight number at booking so arrival can be tracked; pickups are adjusted to the actual landing time. Extended waiting beyond what was agreed may be charged as overtime.
10. Passengers and luggage
Passenger numbers must not exceed the seating capacity of the assigned vehicle, and every passenger must wear a seatbelt. The driver may decline to travel if the vehicle is overloaded or if luggage cannot be secured safely.
11. Conduct
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle. The driver may end a trip without refund where a passenger's behaviour puts the safety of the vehicle or its occupants at risk, or where the driver is asked to break traffic law.
12. Damage
The customer is responsible for the cost of repairing or cleaning any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger beyond fair wear.
13. Liability
CrisMay carries the vehicle insurance required for its operation and takes reasonable care of passengers and their belongings. CrisMay is not liable for losses arising from traffic, weather, road closures, flight schedule changes or other events outside its control, nor for personal items left in the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability where Philippine law does not allow it to be limited.
14. Changes to a confirmed booking
Route, timing or vehicle changes requested after confirmation are accommodated where possible and may change the agreed rate. Any change to the rate is stated before it is applied.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall to the courts of Manila.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force for your trip is the one published at the time you booked.
