What CrisMay collects when you book, why, and how long it is kept.
CrisMay Transport Car for Rent handles personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Republic of the Philippines.
What this website collects
This website has no booking form, no account system and no payment checkout. It does not ask you to type anything. The only information it handles is anonymous usage data described below.
What CrisMay collects when you book
Bookings are made by phone. To arrange a trip CrisMay records:
- Your name and contact number
- Pickup point and destination
- Date, time and number of passengers
- Your flight number, for airport pickups only
- Payment reference for the deposit
This is the minimum needed to run the trip and issue a receipt. Nothing else is asked for, and CrisMay does not collect government IDs, card numbers or bank credentials.
Why it is collected
- To confirm and carry out the trip you booked
- To contact you about that trip, including changes on the day
- To issue a receipt and keep records required for tax purposes
Analytics on this site
This site measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and how many press the call button. This is anonymous and aggregated — it identifies patterns, not people. It does not build a profile of you, and it is not used for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Any cookies present come from the analytics tool and are used only to count a visit once rather than repeatedly.
Who your information is shared with
Your booking details are shared with the assigned driver, and only what that driver needs to collect you. CrisMay does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not pass it to marketing companies.
How long it is kept
Booking and receipt records are retained for the period required by Philippine tax regulations, then disposed of. Contact details held for no other reason are removed on request.
Links to other sites
This site links to CrisMay's public Google, Facebook and Instagram profiles. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and CrisMay does not control what they collect.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what information is held about you, have it corrected, object to its processing, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Call +63 976 160 6605 to make any of these requests.
Children
This service is booked by adults. CrisMay does not knowingly collect information about children other than the passenger count for a trip.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
